We added a new network feature to our platform which
increases our security. This component had problems to exchange
one of our certificates and lead to 50% failure rates during requests to one of our forecasting
Our platform engineers saw the problems through our automated monitoring systems and were alerted.
A team of platform engineers and developers took immediate actions and started
working on the issue to solve it as quickly as possible.
